『貳』 滑板和長板哪一個更適合女生
長板適合刷街，也稱作舞板，即技巧性的玩法是邊滑行邊在上面跳舞。魚板以代步為主，比較安全一些，難度不高，技巧也有，注意不管是什麼類型都有能夠練習的技巧。自己喜歡的板才是合適的。
雙翹的技巧多變，本就是技巧為主的類型，刷街代步都不太合適，但也可以用。在國內地形比較不平穩的地方刷街，避震會很差，容易受傷。
長板歷史
關於長板的起源有兩種說法，一種是和滑板相近的說法，起源於沖浪。話說在60年代末，美國沖浪運動非常發達，但是天氣對於沖浪來說有著很大的制約。因此，有些玩家開始在沖浪板上按上旱冰鞋的輪子，在城市的馬路上滑行，這也就是為什麼長板中最基本的「魚形」板會非常像沖浪板的原因。
而關於長板起源的另一種說法來自於一個板類運動的傳奇人物Sims。據說，sims本人是一個板類運動的超級達人，從沖浪，滑雪到滑板樣樣玩，樣樣精通。慢慢，他開始嘗試著去把三者結合在一起，並開始不斷發明各種不同的板型。Sims公司依然在不斷發明及開創著長板的不同板型。
