注：正确的口哨口型既是口哨发声的前提，更是经长期的练习后口哨音量增大的基础之一。
2、舌的位置
舌应贴着下牙齿内侧。
注：舌位至关重要。即使口型对，如舌位不对，也吹不出声来。
能吹出声后，舌位的轻微升降可改变声音的高低。
3、气息的运用
在仔细、反复体会口型和舌位后，深吸一口气，控制好口型和舌位，将气慢慢吹出。
一旦能吹出了口哨声，找到了如何吹口哨的精细的感觉，就要乘热打铁，加强练习，直到吹出稳定的口哨音乐。此时你就可自称是一位口哨吹奏者了，你的一只脚已迈进了口哨艺术的大门。
对不同的人来说，这一步有的一分钟就可达到，而有的需要多日甚至多年。该说的已说了，就看你的悟性和勤奋了。
两个手指相对（不一定要拇指或食指哦），放在舌下，让气流穿过手指与口腔的缝隙，注意不要用蛮力，而是要照准发生共鸣的位置，如一时吹不响，可以试着调整手指与口腔的夹角和手指进入口腔的深浅度，多尝试一下，你一定能够打出响亮的呼哨。
