‘贰’ 滑板和长板哪一个更适合女生
长板适合刷街，也称作舞板，即技巧性的玩法是边滑行边在上面跳舞。鱼板以代步为主，比较安全一些，难度不高，技巧也有，注意不管是什么类型都有能够练习的技巧。自己喜欢的板才是合适的。
双翘的技巧多变，本就是技巧为主的类型，刷街代步都不太合适，但也可以用。在国内地形比较不平稳的地方刷街，避震会很差，容易受伤。
长板历史
关于长板的起源有两种说法，一种是和滑板相近的说法，起源于冲浪。话说在60年代末，美国冲浪运动非常发达，但是天气对于冲浪来说有着很大的制约。因此，有些玩家开始在冲浪板上按上旱冰鞋的轮子，在城市的马路上滑行，这也就是为什么长板中最基本的“鱼形”板会非常像冲浪板的原因。
而关于长板起源的另一种说法来自于一个板类运动的传奇人物Sims。据说，sims本人是一个板类运动的超级达人，从冲浪，滑雪到滑板样样玩，样样精通。慢慢，他开始尝试着去把三者结合在一起，并开始不断发明各种不同的板型。Sims公司依然在不断发明及开创着长板的不同板型。
